Resin Bound

This is the most popular resin drive surface and is our most durable and long lasting for domestic and commercial customers. The surface is smooth and is an excellent surface for everyday use. Resin bound is child friendly and poses no problems for disabled or wheelchair access. It has anti slip properties and can be shaped to the most awkard angles of driveway.

The two part resin is mixed and added into a forced action mixer along with the choice of aggregates. This process of mixing ensures all the aggregate is coated to create a strong bond. The mixing times are monitored so a consistent colour is produced each time.

The mix is then poured onto the base and evened out. We trowel to a smooth finish and apply our antislip coating. Thickness is dependent on usage of surface.
